“Used for first time arriving 0700 ish on 13.12.23. Had to change cars due to hitting invisible pothole in Dundee. Impossible to contact anyone at Plane Parking Edinburgh as there are no online phone numbers - everything is online. No problem arriving with different car though. This needs to be stated clearly in FAQs. Staff on duty very courteous and helpful re change of car. Think plane parking a good system. However, a valet parking driver had messed with the car radio/media settings which took a while to sort out. Do you need to use the radio while driving to park car? Next time (already booked) will leave note on radio to 'leave well alone' and make note of miles covered for parking.”
