“Very good service booked in advance so was cheap. The added bonus is its directly outside the terminal.
Drop your keys off, someone was there to assist anyway, you get a ticket which has a arcade, you scan at machine on arrival and it opens and box with your keys. That easy!”
“love the way you can park so close to the terminal,My only complaint is we have parked twice in the last 12 weeks and informed that my wife is disabled and told the car will be parked in a disabled bay .when we arrive back the car the car is at the top off the car park and we have to wait for it to be driven done to us . Frustrating.also being asked to pay at exit gate so there are some blips in the system.”

“I had fast track plane parking last week. And it was a shambles from start to finish!

From booking to onsite service to check in to recovery and pick up of the car!

“nothing to say really. Drove in and parked, drove out 4 days later. Totally uneventful. Upgraded to Terminal Parking which meant a 2 minute walk from car to terminal. Appreciated that.”
“We followed sign for plane parking but ended up in the wrong bit of it but we didn't release until we were leaving again. we went into the long stay instead of the fast track but the man on the buzzer couldn't of been any nicer as when we put ticket in it came up a payment when I had pay it already. He had informed us that we had parked in the wrong part but on this occasion the fee would be waivered as he could see that we had booked, he had corrected it for us and let us go which was kind of him to do. I would say perhaps signed a little better as from confirmation it just says to park in plane parking at barrier, collect a ticket and the registration would be noted to they knew it was there, therefore assumed ticket would then show upfront payment but instead it was at the wrong parking area but was corrected.”
“Fantastic service and very happy with how it all went. Very easy to follow instructions. However, I just went to book it again for another 3 weeks time, for 1 day less parking, yet noticed it has since doubled in price. So I’ll now not be using the service this time.”
