“Paid for 18hours. On the exit I was asking g to pay 75pounds again. Too much stress with this company”

“Parking was close to terminal but when I left the barrier didn't open and it said I owed £155. Fortunately someone was on the intercom to sort it out.”

“The barrier stayed down when put ticket in machine,saying owed them over £200 In the dark,pouring of rain,it was hard to see the small button to get through to speak with someone . Needs to be bigger and better signage”

“It was obvious that the upgrade to terminal parking was not corectly implemented on the systems given that the directions to get around the fail to exit was sent with full instructions. Would it not have been more simplified to have corrected this rather than have long wait times at the barrier and less stress to your clients.”

“As wee where upgraded to terminal parking it was a hassle getting out of the park the machine poorly lit making it hard to find the assistance button making the experience stressful when other cars behind you waiting”

“Not very easy to find on a pitch black, misty morning. Efficient bus service and reasonable pricing but when we returned to our car the route to the exit could have been clearer. Also our registration was not recognised and we had to call for assistance to raise the barrier and cancel a charge of over £170. In future would rather use a manned carpark.”

“Cheap and cheerful secure parking. Bit of a walk from drop off pint and only small buses when busy. Biggest problem is the car park never lets you out without the hassle of calling and waiting!”

“The parking itself was easy to find following instructions given. We arrived at 3.15am bus was sitting at bus stop. When I approached the bus the driver did not look up from his phone or acknowledge that we were there until I got on and said good morning. The journey itself was 5 mins to the airport. I would use again but thought actual customer service let the company down.”

“Good service up until our return when it took 30 minutes for the bus to return to the airport, no excuses offered for the delay and why no number to call someone to send another bus as when we returned one was sitting with driver in it with the lights out ?”

“Hi, I don't think the signage was very clear. I followed signs to Plane Parking but somehow ended up right at the end of Eastfield Avenue ( here Dropped pin https://maps.app.goo.gl/aQdgBdvuar5pn9h2A ) by staff parking. Ended up being a bit stressful with not much time pre flight. I wonder if the signage could be clearer, or if if you could simply remove signs for Plane Parking to the end, if that bit is only for staff? Thanks”

“Parking spaces are good. Not good is the path getting out of car park to airport. Finding it, following it and working out which fence has a space to get out while walking with suitcases is very poor. Unlit path could be quite serious problem. Noticed each time we use this car park that people are finding it difficult to find the path. Improvements are needed very quickly.”

“No issues except that buses do not have a luggage section. On both journeys people had suitcases rolling about the bus and falling over which could cause damage or injury.”

“Firstly the good news. Plane Parking is amongst the cheapest at Edinburgh airport. This is because of the distance it is from the terminal building. Now the reality. After being dropped off by the Plane Parking bus, there is a long walk to the terminal building along an uncovered pathway. If the weather is poor, you get soaked and cold.”

“Book before arriving friend didnt and paid 4 x as much as we did Which was shocking considering it’s the same space in the same car park for the same duration, camera picked up the wrong reg but was easily resolved when exiting, other than that was easy and short walk”

“I always pre book my parking but on the past few occasions the car reg has not been recognised on entry. This means having to contact your office on exit that can take some time to verify the booking. Not ideal at 3am and just wanting to get home.”

“surprised how far parking was away from the roundabout at the hotel. Entry & exit to parking gates were great. Need to have more bus stops as it is a big area”
