“What a find! Every guest at my Christmas lunch asked for your details, so good was the food. The turkey ours and honey roast carrots in particular were wonderful. The packaging was great and the cooking instructions were super easy. The fact that everything bar the potatoes took the same time to cook, and all on the same temperature, was a huge bonus. Delivery time was spot on, and the trackable courier link was really helpful. Prices were reasonable and the pies, 3 veg sides and potatoes comfortably fed 6 of us without over-stuffing anybody. Thank you. PS only slight gripe is that everything took far far longer to cook than indicated, but that could be my oven!”

“The easiest and tastiest Christians dinner we’ve ever had. The usual headache and multi tasking when preparing a dinner for 10, was removed by taking advantage of what pipers farm could provide. The food was superb and clearing up afterwards was also much simpler, removing a task nobody enjoys. Much like Santa, we’ll see you next year.”

“My pigs in blankets arrived defrosted. I couldnt risk using them. You kindly apologised and gestured a 50% reduction on them, but it has put me off from placing another order.”

“I ordered the charcuterie and cheese for Christmas Day and it was excellent. There were six of us and the portions were very generous – especially the butter. A great selection of cheeses and meats, with plenty to go around and even leftovers. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Would happily order again.”

“This was my third order from Pipers Farm. This time I had the porj loin, which was deliscious, full of flavour and tender. Also the free renge chicken, again soo tasty. And six bacon rashers, of which I served two with liver. The rest in a bacon sandwhich, yummy.”

“First order from Pipers Farm. Arrived on time and in environmentally friendly packaging. My disappointment was that our Christmas turkey was delivered with a best before date of 24th December. Apparently it will be fine but just won't be "at its best". Surely a Christmas turkey should be at its best for Christmas day? I was a little worried about cooking it, however it was fine and all the family commented on how tasty it was. Just really disappointed that they could not deliver a turkey that I could confidently cook on Christmas Day itself.”

“Pre-ordered our Christmas delivery on 1 November for delivery on 23 December. The delivery never arrived... and the order hasn’t even been passed to DPD. Despite three emails, multiple phone calls, and repeated attempts via live chat, there has been no response whatsoever. No update, no explanation, no warning that our Christmas order wouldn’t arrive. Just complete silence. £180 has left my account since november and 'order confirmed', yet there is no food and no communication. That is not a delay or cancellation, it is a total failure of customer service and basic business responsibility. At best, this shows severe mismanagement. At worst, it feels like taking money for orders they are unable or unwilling to fulfil (bankruptcy?) Failing to deliver a Christmas order is bad enough. Failing to communicate at all is unacceptable. Judging by recent reviews, this is clearly not an isolated incident. I will never use Pipers Farm again and would strongly caution anyone considering them for something important like a Christmas order. This has been a stressful, disappointing experience and completely undermines any trust in the brand. Thankfully I live in London so lots of stores still open, but if I still lived in the countryside there would be no other choice. Not worth the risk ordering from them.”

“Mis-sold 4kg Christmas cockerel. We paid £71 for a 4kg cockerel only to receive a 3.27kg cockerel this morning - 23rd Dec. We've been trying to get hold of them all day via phone, email, web-chat and Facebook. No answer. Shockingly bad service. We would never use them again and suggest you don't waste your time or money either.”

“Service & ordering couldn't have been better. Notified at each stage and delivered with care and on time. Very courteous courier. We have not eaten the fillet steak yet as are saving it for Boxing Day but we are very much looking forward to it being on our Christmas table!”
