“You just can't buy this quality of products at these prices anywhere else. And, if you take into account that there is zero shrinkage, Edenmoor’s produce probably works out cheaper than the supermarkets. Plus, individually vacuum packed too.”

“Very nice venison ribs. But unfortunately in bG there are also verterbras and bigger chunks that small dogs cannot eat. I woukd appreciate ribs only bags as an option for the smaller dogs”

“I’ve been using pipers farm now Edenmoor since 2020 and have placed 30 orders. Just bought 12 crossaints which had to go in the bin as they didn’t proof and were inedible. I’m hoping this isn’t due to the ownership change and will think twice about another order”

Hi d de Gray, We’re sorry to hear your delivery arrived outside of the expected time slot and appreciate the frustration caused by the lack of updates from the courier. As previously discussed, this was due to an error with the drivers device. That said, our parcels are specifically packed to maintain frozen temperatures well beyond short delivery delays, and a delay of a couple of hours would not normally result in products beginning to defrost. We monitor this very carefully to ensure product integrity is maintained throughout transit. Best Wishes, James

“The quality of the meat is excellent. It's so important to us that we eat meat from animals that have been reared in an ethical manner. It's certainly reflected in the taste. The website is easy to navigate and informative. Straight away, you are given a delivery date, which is extremely helpful! Everything arrives beautifully packaged and ready to go straight into the freezer.”
