“The food quality is excellent but Edenmoors marketing is very misleading. Was tempted into making a purchase upon receiving a marketing email... I decided to cash in some reward points to help with the cost only to find out at checkout that they can't be used as two of the five items in my cart where already discounted. I could understand if all the items in the cart had already been discounted. Splitting the order would have cost me more in delivery charges than the reward voucher was worth. To add insult to injury the reward voucher will expire before I can use it! Long time customer very underwhelmed :(”

“Unfortunately the beef wasn’t for me, tough. Chicken was ok. Beef was ok. Won’t order again unfortunately”

“I have been shopping with Edenmoor, formally Pipers farm for a number of years now. I have always been pleased with the quality of the meat and fish, the taste is superb. I would NEVER go back to supermarket meat. I love the way you produce the meat, free range, grass fed and slowly produced and also using local abattoirs, how the animals are reared, kept and produced is very important to me. I'm hoping your ethics will stay the same after the change of name etc. I will also add the packaging is excellent and if I've ever had an issue it's been delt with quickly and efficiently.”

“Very simple website to use - the products I bought were for a present and were well received. The beef joint has not been eaten yet but the burgers and especially the parmesan/onion/pork sausage rolls were fabulous. Delivery was on the right day. Sadly, left on the doorstep before the elderly resident could answer. I was notified of the delivery and had to phone her to get her to retrieve it. It was a warm day and was left in the sun on the doorstep. The box was damaged but not the goods inside.”

“Edenmoor is excellent in every way. I Ammon a narrow high protein gf and df diet. So I buy mainly venison and chicken breasts. Also chicken bone broth. All are delicious. Organic, wholesome and delivered promptly. They are especially well-packed. I am delighted to have discovered Edenmoor.”

“Disappointing order from Edenmoor (first since Piper’s Farm rebrand). Some meat had defrosted on the way and one product was already past its use by date. The beef short ribs were SO fatty that there was hardly any usable meat on them. I’d had them before and they were significantly better. I hope this drop in quality is a one off problem and not because of the rebrand. Customer service dealt with the issues swiftly and satisfactorily.”

“One of their products I particularly love is turkey mince. It's in a different class in terms of texture and taste (and I, hope, ingredients) to supermarket options. And it comes in manageable 250g pouches which are perfect. Always delivers on time. Excellent produce, very trustworthy. If I had the cash, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for meat and fresh produce. The website - and their marketing offers expecially - need a bit of fine-tuning. Difficult to navigate and I always have issues with their marketing promotions. Otherwise, a wonderful small business that's worth supporing.”

“Love Edenmoor for meat but this lobster was disappointing for £40. It was tiny, but also the flavor was bland and it was rubbery. I won’t be buying this again. The dressed crab is way better!”

“The service was good but the quality of the product is pretty bad to be honest, the sausages are on par with value super market brands (walls, Richmond etc) Steak was ok, but nothing special You use a butcher to get better than supermarket and sadly the products on offer through Edenmoor don’t, in my opinion, pass that test.”

“Ordered a haunch of venison as an alternative to lamb for an Easter family meal. As I've never had venison before I was a little apprehensive as to whether I would like it. I need not have worried. The whole family enjoyed it. I would have no hesitation in buying anything from Edenmoor in the future.”

“We have been keen to eat grass-fed, organic products for some time now and had previously tried this service when it was known as Pipers. I am pleased to say the excellent standard has remained. The website is straightforward and easy to use, ordering is simple, and delivery is consistently prompt. We ordered a month’s supply and are currently in our second week. The quality of the meat, poultry and stock is outstanding — everything has been absolutely delicious. I also particularly value the points system and recycling initiatives, which we are looking forward to using. Thank you.”

“The package arrived with the meat beautifully packaged. We cooked the leg of lamb on Easter Sunday and it was without doubt the best piece of meat we have had in a very long time. The taste was much richer and the meat although tender had more structure than the meat you get anywhere else. I guess the lamb was a little fitter !! It was an absolute delight and something that should have lasted 4 of us for a good few days was gobbled up on the same day. We and out stuffed bellies could not recommend Edenmoor more! And by the way it cost much less than out local butcher !”

“I have always found that this company (previously Piper's Farm) provides excellent quality, good tasting meat. I had a complaint about my last delivery from Edenmoor, as a whole beef fillet was delivered in three small pieces - not what I expected as a centrepiece for a special meal. However, when I let them know about this the customer service department apologised and arranged a refund, and have said that they are investigating so that this does not happen again.”
