“food was good but was not aware that food was frozen; i had hoped for fresher delivery”

Hi Simon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Pipers Farm. We always aim to provide top-notch customer service and value your feedback - it’s what helps us to keep the standards high. Pipers Farm beleive freezing is natures preservative and we do say next to each item, under the storage tab 'All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.' The only acception to this is Whole Geese,Whole Tukeys or Turkey Crowns which are sent fresh at Christmas time. If you ever need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out. “I'm a returning customer so know the quality will be fantastic. My delivery has all gone in the freezer for Christmas - can't wait to try the pesto chicken which we will use for a supper party. Our delivery was delayed by DPD but was delivered the next day and due to wrapping - absolutely fine.”

“Excellent choices and quality products - delivered on chosen day - however the fish (smoked haddock and plaice) was slightly defrosted on arrival, despite being well packed with ice blocks, hence only 4 stars. This will not deter me from re-ordering however, and will be doing so in a few days.”

“Pipers Farms showed up in 2 big ways as a customers. Last year for Thanksgiving I ordered a very large Turkey for Thanksgiving. It was delicious and as a result I reordered this year. This year I realised I wasn't going to be home for our Turkey delivery. I caught it in time and had a quick response from their support to help rescheduled. She also could tell I was American and this was for Thanksgiving which was a nice touch.”

“Excellent on every level. Ordering is straight forward, updates on your order are frequent, delivery on time and items extremely well packed using sustainable packaging. Most importantly the free range meat is exceptional. Highly recommend Pipers Farm.”

“Love everything I have received from Pipers Farm, everything has been of brilliant quality and arrived exactly when we were told it would. I think it's great that you get to support a small business and receive such great quality for a great price. The loyalty scheme is also great! Really enjoyed everything we have received and the eco-friendly packing of the delivery unlike many food delivery services.”
