“The meat we have eaten so far ( mutton shoulder for Christmas dinner) was excellent. The meat was well packaged and still frozen when it arrived. It was a day late arriving and I would have appreciated a message from you to explain the delay.”

“Turkey meat was excellent. The breast roll was well prepared and delicious. The Turkey stock was a watery rather poor effort of a stock. Not gelatinous at all, nor flavourful.”

“Christmas goose and other products delivered on time and in great condition, in recyclable box and insulation. Looking forward to dinner tomorrow! However, one gripe - Pipers website does not allow the option to decline non-necessary cookies (including 3rd party advertising cookies) like all other UK websites. I don't think this complies with UK law, or maybe Pipers.com is a US registered company? Even so, I think it is non-compliant Disappointing if so, and I will move over to another supplier in future.”

“My order arrived late - problems in transit with DPD which is out of the control of Pipers Farm. Sadly, the perishable items were defrosted and, in my opinion, not safe to keep until 25th. However, I was in close contact with Pipers re non delivery and they could not have been more helpful. DPD eventually delivered 2 days late having said that they couldn't deliver before Christmas. My total order was refunded. Very good customer service Pipers! Can't review products as not sampled yet.”

“So excited about preparing our meal for Christmas Day- our diced venison arrived - the cut looks great. The meat arrived so carefully packed and In biodegradable wrap that is beautiful… we are trying to work out how to upcycle it! Thank you”

“best meat around! we are not a fan of the stake but everything else is delicious!!! i think the delivery should be free if you spend over a certain amount ie; £80 as i spend over a £100 most orders and still have to pay delivery!”

“4Kg of diced venison arrived bang on time. That was a cue for my wife to prepare the marinade and check through for connective tissue. The next day the venison was browned and the venison and pickled walnut casserole started. The roof will be on Sunday when there will be 10 critics of the meal. Star ratings will have to wait until then. But it looks at least 4.5 at the moment.”

“I ordered the rib eye, it was beautifully marbled and the flavour was great. 4 instead of 5 because the delivery wasn't great. They didn't turn up at the slit they gave me. I had to go out at 18.30 because it still hadn't arrived. I left instructions on the email for where to leave the box securely. They were ignored and my delivery was left on the doorstep of my flat's building. Totally insecure. Thankfully my neighbour spotted it and took it in for me.”

“Very pleased with the cheese feast box purchased as a present but was a bit disappointed with the relatively short use by date on the Tunworth cheese. Hence I only gave four stars”
