We ordered an easy Turkey roast which got lost in the postal mayhem before Christmas. Staff at Pipers Farm was excellent and picked up the loss and hand delivered a new one before Christmas. I would say it was all very easy but I feel the cooking time was too long as our turkey was quite dry and we cooked it less than the recommended time. Stuffing was delicious tho.
