The tree was very dirty and we spent quite a long time cleaning and drying it, which was a challenge as we leave in a house in the middle of London.

The item was delivered a day late and I paid nearly £20 (ridiculous amount to begin with) to specify my delivery date. You should refund me the delivery fee since I did not receive the item when you said I would.

Very late (21.20) delivery with no call at any time to let us when the delivery would be -- just showed up and knocked on the door. Tree itself was unsatisfactory -- lower branches on one side all broken and quite asymmetrical (tree was also full of dirty straw but that, unlike broken branches, I could fix). Driver had no extra trees so sent tree away with him with instructions to replace it.

The tree was delivered a day late, we paid for the tree to be decorated and it was just left lying on the floor in the showroom. I have emailed twice and had no response. We ended up decorating and lifting the tree into position ourselves. I have asked for a refund for decoration fee and no one has replies in four weeks. Not good at all.We are part of Inchcape and have 130 car showrooms in the UK, I recommended you to them last year.

I have already sent you an email with a picture of my tree but I thought i would re-iterate how disappointed I am. This is the worst Christmas tree I have ever had and at the same time the most expensive.

My girlfriend is heavily pregnant with twins so when the tree was delivered she asked the delivery man if he would carry the tree from our (shared) hallway up the steps (all 12 of them!)into our flat.He refused as he "wasn't insured".My girlfriend had no option but to carry it upstairs herself. If your delivery drivers aren't going to deliver your trees into the property then that should have been clearly stated.Your customers can then make their own minds up whether they want to buy one of your trees.Christmas trees are bulky, heavy objects so you need to use a delivery firm that does the whole job,not part of it.\nYours sincerely \nBen Markey

We are very disappointed. \nWhat we received is an absolutely horrible tree: \n- half of it is covered in mud\n- upper half has no brunches almost at all\n- half of lower half is missing\n- it is supposed to be a non-drop tree (I know what that means from my childhood, and I can confirm this is not one...)\nReally miserable experience so far. \nNo disrespect to the staff, but the guy bringing the tree spoke absolutely ZERO English and wasn't even able to answer the simplest question ("what type of tree this is?" answer: "5 ft".....)

I ordered the tree to arrive first thing on Saturday, so that we could get it decorated and have it for the weekend as we were having a Christmas party. It arrived on Saturday morning, as scheduled. The first tree they tried to give me was obviously too short, as it was clearly shorter than the delivery guy, who was nowhere near six feet, although they tried to persuade me that it was. After some discussion they eventually found one that was 6 feet as ordered (exactly six foot, and not an inch more...) They carried it in and dumped it on the floor, unopened, they said they couldn't open it for me to look at. When I did open it up, I found that it was absolutely filthy, one side was covered in dried mud. We tried to brush it off, as we desperately needed to get it decorated, but it was no use and we had to take it all the way outside and hose it down. As it was pouring rain all day, we could not bring it in the house until today (Sunday), so did not even have a Christmas tree up for our Christmas party, which was extremely upsetting. It's still got dirt on it, we couldn't get it all off with the hose as it was dried in. We also ordered a "no drop" tree, and yet it has dropped so many needles that it looks like it's sitting on a green carpet -- the floor under the tree isn't even visible. \n\nI really don't think I've got what I paid for, either in terms of the tree itself, or the delivery service

Missed delivery slot on 2 days running. Was supposed to remove stress but ended up being 10 times worse than sourcing it myself. Will never use again

I purchased.two tress from you this year and they were very poor compared to the ones you supplied in.2012.\nIn fact I am not even prepared to put them.out on display due to how thin and sparse they are.\nI have had to get two replacements due to the urgency and am very disappointed.\n

I am very disappointed. Marius called me at least 6 times between 5 and 6 pm as he couldn't find the house. Although I explained him how he can get to us, he did not do his best to try to find the way (it is not a hidden place, easy to find, next to A40, near Hanger Lane tube station) and in the end I had to go outside and walk for 10 minutes until I found him waiting at a hotel near my address. He started to excuse himself (saying that London is big and he is not familiar with the area, he also said that he had just returned from Kenya after two years)and complained about another customer who sent the tree back earlier today. This is completely inappropriate and I am extremely disappointed not only because I had to interrupt baking because of him. Also, I am very busy and this was my only day off before Christmas when I could have preparred for Christmas Eve and he ruined it completely.\nThe tree is also below my expectations but I didn't have more time & energy to spend with him.

The tree was much smaller than I had ordered, half of it ended up in the middle of my road, I have a photo of it, as the mess was not cleared up. The ceiling in my drawing room was made dirty by the top of the tree when it was carried in. When I complained about the size I was told to call the office. Not helpful.

Tree was late, I paid for a specific window and it didn't arrive....apaprently your driver "didn't know south London". We had to rearrange our plans to wait for it, then when it did arrive he tried to deliver us two trees. The head office team didn't even offer to refund the delivery fee. The decorations we ordered that were meant to be "premium" had to be self assembled make several of them un-usable. The entire experience was terrible. Your service is expensive which means you need to have top quality customer service. After using your service for about 5 years I will probably go elsewhere this year.

The tree arrived on time which was great however the tree looked terrible this year (nearly dead) I will email you an attached photo, very disappointed this year, always send the tree as a gift to my mum back home, she was upset to make-do with what she had, don't think I will be ordering one next year

Mike's delivery was good and on time but tree was poor: spindly at the top with dead branches at the bottom and in the centre. It was dropping a lot and seemed close to dying within the first 24 hours of having it. I contacted pines and needles and they agreed to replace the tree.

The tree is not good at all. It is not full and appears weak and quite a reject. I am disappointed with the product. The driver and set up was absolutely fine.
