“Lovely tree but it would be great to see a big company like you find a viable environmental alternative to the horrid plastic netting...You must use mountains of the stuff across all your sites. You could be trail blazers!”

“Dimo was an absolute star! Helped me carry my tree all the way home chatting all the way there - was impressed with his spirit of helpfulness. I would recommend Pines and Needles as my first experience was been wonderful.”

“Lily, at the Putney team, created a pleasant and easy experience for me and my husband. She quickly found us the dream tree, tall and bushy. The kids even said it was the best one we’ve ever had! Will definitely be back next year, and we hope Lily will to. :)”

“With all the uncertainties this Christmas, picking our tree was the one of the few fun experiences. The staff at Pines and Needles Ealing Broadway did a great job, in particular Milo, who helped my family with tree selection and carrying. Thanks.”

“PIP is an excellent ambassador for your team. The tree I bought looks brilliant in my friend's 4th floor flat and Pip reduced plastic use by letting me take it home unwrapped . PINE scents now fill the apartment. It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas again. Thank you Pip.”
