“Beautiful, freshly cut tree. Perfectly symmetrical. Only downside was the mess created when cutting off the netting ; not just needles, but an unusual amount of forest wet debris/reeds/grasses etc....probably half a bin bag full. Should have been a warning to protect the carpets!”

“I have been ordering my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles for a few years now..... and generally, I think they are very good, which is why I keep going back to them. This year we had a little mishap, in that I paid for the delivery drivers to 'set my tree up' in it's stand and they left it in the front garden, which I believe was a genuine misunderstanding as they offered to come back and set up when it was pointed out. The mistake was remedied by the team and the price of the 'setting up' was refunded very quickly. It also feels as though this years tree is not quite as ' full' with a lower diameter than last years..... so I hope this is not the shape of things to come! It's only these minor niggles that stop me rating them as 'Very Good'.....”

“Ordering system very slick. Good quality trees and delivery was spot on time. Only niggle, they forgot to deliver my freebees but not the end of the world, I think the young lady said she would get them out to me asap.”

“Wronng tree was delivered. \nDriver also didn't know that I have booked fitting service as well, therefore didn't have tools with him. \n He did put all his effort and did his job brilliantly though. Shame he was put in such position though. \nKind regards,\nVictoria”

“Delivery man was really friendly but we had booked a morning slot (8-1pm) and the tree didn't arrive until just before 3pm. Spent a whole morning waiting in when we didn't need to be which was a bit frustrating.”

“Very nice tree as requested although lots of dead branches at the bottom. Friendly delivery men who we tipped handsomely only to later find the dead branches they took with them were dumped outside the house on the street. A pity after feeling we'd had pretty good service this year.”
