“So happy every year with my tree from you. Great quality Christmas tree lasting along time. Also very happy with your kind customer service who sorted out a problem with a smile. Your website is super easy to use and you keep me informed many times before the delivery. Definitely will buy me tree from you next year again :-)”

“Great service from the team at Kenwood House car park. I went back twice and Tom remembered me, lots of trees to choose from, they lopped off a couple of protruding lower branches for me and freshened up the bottom so it could take up water from my stand more easily. All done with a willing smile and wish to help. Then they carried the tree to my car and even held my dog while I made space in the boot. Thanks to Tom, Pascha, Lukas and the rest of the team for their festive goodwill!”

“Just bought my tree from Pines and Needles, Rock Lane Barnes, I have done this before and had great service. Alejandro, Lee and Karl were great this morning, it was busy and they managed that really well. Fab friendly service, happy to open more trees to find the one right for me. Even helped me put a 8/10 foot tree in the car. Will be back again year on year.”

“I had a young man called Fred help me select my tree this year and I was thoroughly delighted with my choice through his expert help. He talked me through a wide variety of trees and was even able to advise me on sizing so it could fit comfortably in my living room. I will definitely buy from Pines and Needles again. Very good service!”

“e went along to the Pine & Needle branch setup on Wandsworth High Street / Wandsworth Plain - the point of sales person Bilal was absolutely helpful, engaging and cheerful ( considering the cold/damp weather that's usual ). We found the the tree we wanted, good bushy branches, lovely scent and shape. We normally go to a florist in Battersea for the past 10 years but happy to pick up again if 'Pine & Needles' are back there next year.”
