“Didn’t send my item until I rang to ask where it was as I’d paid extra for quick delivery for my granddaughters birthday, to be told ‘ohh’ they must have had a system error, they then sent them straight out on next day delivery, which took 3 days to arrive, missed the birthday and when I complained not a hint of a refund of my extra delivery I paid extra for. Not happy.”

Hi Jonathon, we're really sorry about this. You paid extra for quick delivery so your granddaughter's present would arrive in time for her birthday, and we let you down first with the system error that delayed your order being dispatched, and then again when the delivery took longer than it should have. Missing a birthday is exactly the kind of thing express delivery is meant to prevent, and we completely understand your frustration. We have now refunded the postage on your order in full, and this should appear back on your original payment method within 3–5 working days. We're also looking into what caused the dispatch error so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Once again, our sincere apologies to you and your granddaughter. regards PetnPony

“We visited on holiday as my daughter loves this shop as it always has the latest things in and a wide range of sizes. We did click and collect for a saddle pad and also bought a new hat in store with help from a member of staff who was friendly and helpful. Everytime we have visited its been a really lovely experience with everyone friendly.”

“I bought a table from them, unfortunatelythere was a fult, not due to them, but due to the comaony that makes it. But they were very promt with responses and happily agreed to send me a replacement, no extra charge, its very important to be able to trust the company you are spending lots of money on, so very happy with Pet n Pony, i will definitely be buying more, because i can trust them with my money.”
