“Their web site was easy to navigate and their prices competetrive. Once the order was confirmed, I was kept up to date with the progress. Delivery was prompt and the wellies I ordered were well well packaged”

“Product as described and cheaper than most places before delivery, however when I got to checkout, I was given option of standard or express checkout.. unfortunately the express delivery didn't arrive quickly and took far longer than expected. When Pet n Pony found out about this they refunded the cost of delivery. Great service from a great company. Would shop again.”

“I purchased fly cream which was suggested by the staff and my gorgeous shetland pony is healing ,something that actually works The lass even looked on the computer for me to find the shade of blue jods I was after which they hadn't in stock very good of them would recommend”

“Ordered on line to collect at store. Staff were so helpful and friendly, took my dog and he got lots of fuss. Never had any issues shopping here, whether popping in or ordering on line and the staff have always been approachable and helpful (carrying goods to car for one example) The food I buy for my dog (Royal Canin) is so much cheaper than other superstores”
