“I ordered a coat which was unfortunately too big when it arrived. I had a chat on the chat line and was given instructions on how to return it for an exchange. I am waiting for the smaller size to arrive.”

“My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. I ordered equine shampoos and they were put in individual bags to prevent leaking which I thought was quite thoughtful. Not seen this before when I’ve ordered them elsewhere. A good selection of items were available on the website so i found everything I needed. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Would recommend to others.”

“Absolutely great service! When something I ordered became out of fstock, I was called up and was offered a replacement item (a different flavour of the same product) or a refund. Just a phone call, but meant so much. Can tell it's a family run business and I'm happy to be able to support them!”
