“We use this store all the time, we love how friendly, helpful, and well informed the staff are. However, I wasn't sure I was going to have time to call in as had other commitments so through I would give the online store a go. It was easy to find what I was looking for on the most part they don't stock all the treats they have in my local store (not a problem as just grabbed them on collection). The order I made unfortunately one of the bags of treats were in fact out of stock, however, the staff rang very quickly to rectify the situation which I was very grateful for. Would and have recommended to family and friends. Will definitely keep using the store and online service”

“I use Pet n Pony for two specific reasons. Firstly they are one of very few stockists of a particular type of dog food, and secondly because of their service. Knowing that 99.9% of the time they can deliver next day is particularly important to me. The reason why I am giving them 4 stars out of 5 is because the pack often contains some heavily dented cans.”
