Came with a huge gap so the whole thing was wobbly, came a lot smaller then thought also.

Delivery was within 3 days .but quality of the product poor. Ordered personalised trinket box...which was plastic with silver coating and small piece of metal where the engraving was. Expensive for something that looks like you could get from the £1 shop....

Just received my man cave sign, dissapointed as the writing on the plaque seem faint and the way the rope has been put on makes it stand away from the door. I have changed the rope round and now the ends look bad

Well where do I start I filled in all the names n what I wanted on the 3 baubals I ordered, but when it came to the end when I got confirmation of my order it said that I had not put any personalised writing on them. Then I cancelled the order by following what u said I had to do but have heard nothing from yourselves which as u can tell I was not happy with. What is the point in saying how to do something on ur site n I am yet to hear from u which is very disappointing look forward to a reply of some kind. Thanks Mrs Caroline Powell ps still awaiting a delivery if there is going to be one sorry but not happy

Hello I can't write a review on orders I haven't received yet. Is there any phone number I can call to speak to a person. Only my basket is empty and telling me I haven't placed an order. But yet you have sent me a picture of what I have supposed to have ordered.

How can I review a product I’m yet to receive? Ordered items Saturday and have know idea when goods will arrive. No estimated delivery time given only that delivery is 48 hours after production. So could be months! Should have thought about it a bit more.

Ordered 8th Dec, said items would be shipped 48 hours after purchase. It’s the 16th December and I’ve not heard a thing, plus the link to their after care team on the original email of purchase doesn’t work, 404 error

I ordered a personalised book as a 1st birthday present but when it arrived, one of the pages was missing the background illustrations. I contacted the After Sales Team and they sent out a replacement free of charge which was great. However, when this arrived, the illustrations on the front cover were pixelated and the inside cover and first page were missing the background illustrations. Since I didn't have time to contact them to get this replaced for a second time, I had to dismantle both books and put them back together again using the correct parts from each to make one good book. The quality of the book itself is fine - nothing amazing but suitable for the price. I appreciate the helpfulness of the team in getting the replacement sent out to me, but the replacement ended up being worse than the original overall. I'm quite disappointed and didn't like that I had to effectively construct my own version to get what I actually ordered. I'd give the customer service team a five star rating, but because my order was faulty twice in a row and its been such a hassle, I've had to bring the rating down to two stars.

Purchased something on Friday worth £7.5, and paid £8.50 for next day delivery for special occasion, its now mon ( 3 days later) and the gift still not arrived!! Not good enough really

Was dissapointed as though i made a mistake on order i informed company within 5 mins but it didnt get processed in time to change. Now stuck with a clock we cant use.
