“Purchased something on Friday worth £7.5, and paid £8.50 for next day delivery for special occasion, its now mon ( 3 days later) and the gift still not arrived!! Not good enough really”

“I bought this as an engagement gift for my friends. I thought the vase looked quite cheap when it arrived. The engraved writing is very small and if I’m honest it looks kind of “something of nothing” it’s my personal opinion but unfortunately I was quite disappointed.”

“The vase that I ordered was not what i expected. The quality was poor. The top of the vase was uneven and the vase also had a mark on it. I did email the company to ask if they could make another one as this was a present but unfortunately know one has come back to me.”
