My frame arrived damaged on the top corner I have sent pictures and email but have not had a reply, also the description says hessian elephant frames, but it's not hessian?

I was disappointed in the sizing of the engraving. I could hardly read it. The glass and presention box are lovely.

Disappointing. It’s a laminated printout and really not very good quality: there’s are scratches on the printed material and it really feels like this was made with minimal interest of attention to detail. £3.95 for delivery is incredibly surprising considering the product delivered.

I still have not received my confirmation email of order. I don't know when or if I will receive the order. I've contacted them via their website to which the response said someone will be in touch in 48 hours. Again, this doesn't tell me if or when I will receive my order. I've asked for someone to call me. I've received no call. I'm so disappointed and disheartened by the service received. I hope they can rectify this and I would be happy to re review them!

Well, frankly speaking, I was quite happy until I placed the point of placing the order. After that, I have no clue what happened to my order now. Inquired them, no reply as well. It was gift. Very DISSAPOINTED.

No confirmation email received for my order, despite money being taken. After various communications with customer services it has now been found although no update given since. I won't be using this service again. Let's hope the order arrives and the quality is good.

After less then 24hours after my order i wanted to cancel. I got sent and email saying my enquiry was sent through and someone would be in touch within 2 days. Nobody got in touch yet they sent the item anyway and not even an email saying it had been dispatched. I now have an item i don't want and can't return or sell because it's personalised. Poor customer service.

Your website didnt register the name I used to personalise my item and I have tried to contact the company but have heard nothing. I have payed for my item yet to receive it and did not receive a confirmation email either.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email after my purchase and no indication of when my order would arrive with the recipient. Also no option to put a message on the gift which was to be delivered to a different address to they would not know who it;s from when it arrives.

Personalise.co.uk the name is in the title, however even if you do personalise an item they do not do it, when you reach out and advise an error has been made, they will blame you, even if you checked it 3 times and it was correct before you ordered. They have ignored my emails for approximately 7 days now. I was recommended this company for its quality products and personalisation. Sadly this experience has put myself and so far all my friends that recommend off of this. It's a shame because this could have been great for christmas time.

I recently purchased 2 mini smash cups for family members birthdays and although they are packaged in a way to stop them from falling apart during transit unfortunately they are so packed out that on both occasions they have completely melted during transit! Disappointed that I seem to of wasted money because of poor package design.

very disappointed, I placed my order on the 18th May and still not received. Item has been paid for in full and i have been asked for a review despite not receiving my order. Also not received any updates from the supplier. I have a tracking number but again, not able to track the order using this. have chased numerous times for an update but not received any information. Ordered a personalised wine bottle and wine glass. Quality for the engraving wasn’t great. Wine bottle was wrapped in brown paper, when it was showed in a gift box. Didn’t get that.
