I made a spelling error on a name and emailed them immediately with the correct spelling they said they would get back to me within 48hours and no one bothered. The items take long to come but well packaged the cups are small and not the average size mug. The customer service is poor and because if this I won’t be ordering from here again.

I am still waiting for my baubles to arrive! They were for the school teachers at my sons school but they have now finished so when I do eventually get them they will have to be given to in January 🙄🙄

The items arrived in good time, but one was broken on arrival. I wanted it before Christmas so reported the incident in their system and by email directly, however there was not response so far. Not very impressed.

It came very quickly, but it wasn’t great quality. I ordered a personalised whisky glass and it looks like after one wash the writing will come off. It wasn’t as bold as the picture showed either.

Item arrived with a damaged box, raised an issue to the company but no response, fortunately item wasn't damaged otherwise I assume I'd get no response for that either. Best avoided.

I am disappointed with my product. Perhaps I didn't read the description properly but the mug is just a plain, cheap, white mug with a transfer printed on. I expected it to be an actual Bouffle mug like the others I have from Clintons. There is no information to tell you if the mug is dishwasher or microwave safe or not. I have paid a lot of money for something which I do not feel is worth.

The book seems excellent but I had a real problem at check out phoned customer services who were very unhelpful and in the end was cut off and I solved the problem myself

My frame arrived damaged on the top corner I have sent pictures and email but have not had a reply, also the description says hessian elephant frames, but it's not hessian?

Disappointing. It’s a laminated printout and really not very good quality: there’s are scratches on the printed material and it really feels like this was made with minimal interest of attention to detail. £3.95 for delivery is incredibly surprising considering the product delivered.

I still have not received my confirmation email of order. I don't know when or if I will receive the order. I've contacted them via their website to which the response said someone will be in touch in 48 hours. Again, this doesn't tell me if or when I will receive my order. I've asked for someone to call me. I've received no call. I'm so disappointed and disheartened by the service received. I hope they can rectify this and I would be happy to re review them!

Well, frankly speaking, I was quite happy until I placed the point of placing the order. After that, I have no clue what happened to my order now. Inquired them, no reply as well. It was gift. Very DISSAPOINTED.

No confirmation email received for my order, despite money being taken. After various communications with customer services it has now been found although no update given since. I won't be using this service again. Let's hope the order arrives and the quality is good.
