“Poor communication and refusal to observe basic consumer rights. We purchased a product and contacted the company immediately within an hour of purchase to cancel the order. No confirmation email received and when customer service finally got back to us two days later, they refused a refund due to the order already being processed and the product personalisation already having started. We have repeatedly asked the company to refund our money and they have refused to do so due to their 'policy.' We have already placed a review on trustpilot and will be contacting the ombudsman with regards the company's failure to refund us. This matter can easily be resolved, but it seems the company are a bit of a shambles. Please do not use them”
