“I ordered by item on the 15th of April and it’s 27th April now. A lady ‘naomi’ emailed me saying ‘ Unfortunately, your order P-00088916 has been returned to us today, with the reason for the return as 'RM return not called for'. But when I emailed back they send me the same email again. I called them and was cut of three times and finally got through only for the woman on the phone be rude & ignorant, no apology for not having my item sent and blamed it on the pandemic and then cut me off! Appalling service and so so rude!”

Hi, Thank you for your review. I can confirm your order was returned to us by Royal Mail, due to the delivery address being incorrect. You have confirmed the correct address and your order has now been resent for delivery by Royal Mail.
