“Placed an order on 18th April. No confirmation was sent to my designated email address. Queried this 2 days ago via my other email and was told a member of the team would be back 'typically within 2 working of' Hasn't happened. This does not give me much confidence that I am dealing with an efficient company. I have no idea whether this has been delivered yet. I'm guessing not. So far, so unimpressed.”
