“Hello I can't write a review on orders I haven't received yet. Is there any phone number I can call to speak to a person. Only my basket is empty and telling me I haven't placed an order. But yet you have sent me a picture of what I have supposed to have ordered.”

“I cannot recommend Personalise enough . I have bought two vases for a Ruby Wedding and friends wedding which arrived beautifully engraved within 3 days . “I gave it a 4 only because the overall product doesn’t look like the best quality. I bought the personalised lamp. So basically it’s perfect, it looks great, my niece and everyone else in the family just loved it but the product in itself looks a bit cheap, I expected it to be more glass finish or something but it looked really cheap. Not too noticeable when people look as it when light up, but I’m giving review because for that price it was not worth it. Maybe the same product for £10 I wouldn’t complain. But I’d still buy it for myself or my family, not to anyone else though.”

“AVOID! Terrible customer service. I ordered a remembrance padlock at 8am on 12th Sept, paid for 48 hr delivery and did not arrive until 15th. The padlock was in honour of a dear friend who took her life. Curt responses from staff despite the distressing circumstances. My friend managed to get a replacement one in time and the company Timpsons done if for free❤️ Will not use again sadly.”

“Delivery hasn’t arrived. Paid £9 for next day, 4 days ago. This is not the first time this has happened.. they keep using Royal Mail who are shocking.. I should have learned my lesson.. I now just want a full refund as I’m never going to receive my order”
