“Unable to use an iPhone to do my order as it won’t let you use all the symbols, told by customer service to use a different device, inconvenient as only have an iPhone so knocked off a star, also they wouldn’t take my order over the phone?”

“I'm very pleased with our purchase. It will make a very nice gift for our nephew's baptism. The engraving is beautiful. I've given 4 stars ONLY because I did not receive an email with the order confirmation (so thought I may be scammed), but the customer representative was responsive. Also, the package arrived with a Cut in the Box, so that's not great. Minor though, and would very much order again and recommend.”

“Before I ordered 5 baubles I messaged to ask whether they would arrive individually boxed. The reply message said yes they would be. On that assurance, I placed my order only to find today that they arrived with packing and no individual boxes. The boxes are required for storage (they are keepsake items) and for onward postage to relatives. I am very disappointed and would appreciate it if you could send the 5 boxes to me, please.”
