When I first pulled it out of the box I actually thought the balloons were missing, quite disappointed. The photo I included makes it look more vibrant than it is.”

“I'm very pleased with our purchase. It will make a very nice gift for our nephew's baptism. The engraving is beautiful. I've given 4 stars ONLY because I did not receive an email with the order confirmation (so thought I may be scammed), but the customer representative was responsive. Also, the package arrived with a Cut in the Box, so that's not great. Minor though, and would very much order again and recommend.”
