No updates on order. Tried to cancel before being told it’s been dispatched. Still no delivery date, still no confirmation of it being dispatched. Need to be sending updates not review emails

There is no chance or way for me as a customer to get in touch with anyone from this website. My ”request ” can not be sent and there is no other way to contact them. I have no idea whether will receive what I’ve ordered or not. I would not recommend.

Order placed but no email confirmation received. Checked on website few days later to see I should have had the delivery by now - but I haven't. Filling in their enquiry form, which doesn't have a space to ask a question, I got an automated reply! Not a good start to the first time I used this company.

Hi, Thank you for your honest review. We have looked into your order placed on 10th November. Your order was dispatched for delivery on 13th November and was delivered yesterday 14th November.

I ordered two personalised keepsake boxes. When the order confirmation arrived it did not include personalisation. I emailed and received a quick reply asking for the personal details I required. I was impressed until I received two unpersonalised boxes today. I have contacted them and hope that they can sort this out.

Initially I was very happy with my purchase of a personalised mug. It looked great, exactly what my student grand-daughter wanted. However I was annoyed to see that it was not suitable for use in a microwave. When I contacted the company to say that this should be made clear to customers, they said customers should assume the product wasn't microwaveable unless specifically stated. In my opinion, the opposite applies, and it is normal to expect a mug can be put in a microwave. A shame as it is a lovely mug.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing order which was promised. My product turned up 4 days later which I was happy with, but unfortunately the printing I was not happy with there were capitals and lower case in the name (JOHn) and in Happy BIRTHDAY. I have checked my order which on the front was all in capitals.

The product was fine but delivery was much too slow, requiring follow-up emails. Please don’t promise delivery within 10 business days if you can’t fulfil the statement. A substantial personal outlay would have been wasted if I had not chased my order - it arrived finally on the day it was required, over 17 business days from order. Not good.

I ordered an item Mon 1/4/19 and was told 48 hours delivery. Item still not arrived 5/4/19. Have paid for delivery and promise not met. Very disappointed as the item is a gift for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. Postage should be refunded as an act of goodwill!
