I ordered an item Mon 1/4/19 and was told 48 hours delivery. Item still not arrived 5/4/19. Have paid for delivery and promise not met. Very disappointed as the item is a gift for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. Postage should be refunded as an act of goodwill!

Easy to order and take your money but delivery estimates are way out without any explanation as to why. I wouldn't use again.

Bought 3 personalized baubles. When typing out the message there was no edit facility. Every typing error meant restarting the whole order. Finally got through to the end to find out delivery was over £11.00 so was expecting some special packaging. No. All three in a bit of bubble wrap in the same small cardboard box. No justification for enhanced charges. Happy with two of the baubles. The printing on the reverse of the third was that feint it was difficult to read when compared to the others. A. Hunt

The product was late and I had to unwrap one of the items to find out which one belonged to who so waste of money paying for wrapping

I bought two items. One I was very impressed with, the other (chocolate bar with golden ticket) was very misleading in its sales pitch. Was certainly not expecting the ticket to be the outer wrapper , but rather an actual ticket inside the chocolate bar.

I ordered a personalized canvas as a housewarming gift for a good friend. I paid over €60 for this canvas. When it arrived there was a spelling error. I contacted the company and they sent me a second canvas. It arrived late last week. The spelling error was amended. However the canvas which mainly consists of writing is off centre. I am not waiting for a 3rd canvas as this whole process would be going on for over 3 weeks. A very poor service considering the prices they are charging. Beautiful gift ideas but a poor quality of service. I therefore would find it difficult to recommend them to anyone

The design/idea of the product is good - hence why I ordered two. However the quality of the glass and colour printing isn't good enough - the colours are very faint and so not that easy to read or indeed have the required impact as a gift.

Ordered personalised shot glass for a secret Santa on 16th didn't arrive till 29th and the writing is barely visible, disappointed with it

There was an issue with the personalisation you had entered and we tried to get in touch with you, you did finally answer and we explained that it may not arrive in time now and would you like to cancel the order and get a refund but you agreed for us to send it anyway so we can't be held responsible for it arriving after Christmas. We'd be happy to look into the quality if this is an issue but we've heard nothing back from you directly.

I ordered a pair of personalised glasses for my daughters wedding when they arrived one glass was completely smashed ! I asked that the order was replaced so i could take it to the wedding in Italy and gave them the day i was going - they couldnt guarantee I would have them so I had to go to Tesco and buy Mr & Mrs glasses - my order arrived the day after I left for Italy - not much use really - so next time instead of paying nearly £30 for personlised presents i will just go to Tesco - very disappointing as my daughters wedding will only happen once and now it is gone.

We're very sorry about this, occasionally items do break in the post which is out of our control. As soon as we heard from you we started producing replacements however we cannot rush the personalisation process as the glasses had to be fired in a kiln. Unfortunately they arrived a day after you left. We hope you understand that this was out of our control to have the replacement get to you any quicker.

I didn't receive the shot glass I ordered and instead got a different design which had hearts on ...this was for my boyfriends brother so inappropriate.

We have been in touch with Lydia and have apologised and issued a full refund for the order which was incorrectly dispatched to her. We have since implemented procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again.
