“Arrived not personalised. Despite me checking I had added the personalisation product arrived plain. I then tried to reorder now being cautious. However same thing happened and the personalisation was cleared once it was added to the basket. After several attempts I managed to get it working. But the order will now be late and miss the birthday it was intended for. Not sure if this is a bug on the site but very annoying and if I wasn’t desperate I would’ve shopped elsewhere. Just make sure to triple check the order.”

“AVOID - RUDE, INCORRECT PRODUCT, WASTE OF MONEY Ridiculously poor customer service, website is faulty and will not allow you to add personalisation, when added to basket, personalisation lines show up as [NONE] despite adding the personalisation multiple times!! Emailed immediately after purchasing the cufflink box explaining the situation with their website and specifying the personalisation & received rude replies saying 'they will not add the personalisation' and my emails were ignored!! I have received a blank box, unpersonalised today, 8 days after purchasing. Waste of money, no phone number to contact them and they ignore emails. Absolutely appalling service - AVOID!!”
