“I ordered a personalised ice bucket as a surprise present for my husband‘s birthday. Once I had filled in my text and completed my order the website states no text written. I then contacted customer services after back-and-forth emails for a week my ice bucket finally arrived. I opened it to find that no text was on it and that my enquiries have not been dealt with this left me feeling very upset and annoyed. My husband now knows about the surprise that is no longer a surprise has gone on the website filled in again the information and once you’re about to pay it wipes the text you have written. There must be a problem with your website and your customer service. I’m very disappointed as I have a ice bucket with no text written on it. What is the point of a personalise site that you can’t personalise your gift!!”

“I am happy with the purchase, wanted something for my daughters holy communion and this site helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The processing and delivery was very fast. The only reason not to give a max rating is the fact I had to make the order from my phone browser, for some reason I wasn’t able to check out from the order from the computer browser, tried all the browsers safari, chrome and ms edge.”
