“Lovely quality personalised jewellery box, had a slight flaw in the paintwork and they quickly replaced it with no quibbles. I’m very happy with my experience. Becca in the customer service was great. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered an engraved clock and would recommend personalise.co.uk as the clock is beautiful, well packed and came in a short period of time. It looks much more expensive than the actual cost. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and will be asking for a refund or a replacement sent. I ordered a compass for a holy communion present and it will not open and the top section has already fallen off.”

“I am very disappointed with this site, I ordered a gift for a wedding which never came, I noticed my order was taking long so I reached out to them to then find out that it is no longer in stock. Also it’s taking them a very long time to refund my money back into my account”

“This website scam you. They have took my money and have not delivered anything at all. I paid for next day delivery and postage and VAT and after a week have not received anything. I have contacted them but they do not return any emails or calls.”
