“I was pleased with my order when it finally arrived, as I was starting to wonder when it would turn up. However, there was no delivery tracking information provided and I was fortunate that my order wasn't smashed when it was unceremoniously thrown over my garden gate by the delivery person. Thankfully, it was well boxed and protected and survived intact.”

“Finding the goods on the website wasn’t easy but once found the experience was easier. I am hoping the lettering. IE old English is as I expect, as it doesn’t say when ordering.”

“I would not recommend this company at all!! I paid for next day delivery but the parcel did not arrive. I have contacted the company and have not had a response. Worst company I have bought with. I want a REFUND ASAP!!”

“I was very happy with the photo frame & the engraving the only slight criticism I would have is not knowing when it would arrive, you pay extra but it took over a week to arrive so it starts 3-4 days after it is has been completed but how long does it take to complete? It also won’t allow you to ignore the additional charge of £4.95 so it does not give you a choice and this not made very clear from the outset. Otherwise the actual product is very good.”

“Don’t buy off here, I ordered chocolate egg with personalisation for next day , it’s been 5 days no delivery and also on my order confirmation it says I haven’t added personalisation. I have sent a few emails and they’re are ignoring me. DONT BUY”
