“I was really pleased with the gift I ordered for my best friend and husband - a housewarming gift. The map-picture is centred on their postcode and includes a personalised message. It looks really good, wasn't very expensive and came very quickly. I'd use this website again.”

“Great product however the delivery was very bad. I ordered my product with 24 hour delivery and it took a week and a half to arrive. Otherwise the product was great and my friend loved the present.”

Hi, We're sorry you were unhappy with the time however it came within the advised lead time, as our items are personalised we have to make them, this time varies depending on the product. Your item took 3-5 working days as advised and then was put on the delivery method chosen. We're glad your friend loved the present in the end.

There was an issue with the personalisation you had entered and we tried to get in touch with you, you did finally answer and we explained that it may not arrive in time now and would you like to cancel the order and get a refund but you agreed for us to send it anyway so we can't be held responsible for it arriving after Christmas. We'd be happy to look into the quality if this is an issue but we've heard nothing back from you directly.
