“Super cute Reindeer bauble. The message was just what I asked for. Perfect for my gorgeous Grandson. Huge smiles all round. Mr and Mrs bauble was lovely too! Just what we wanted to mark their first Christmas together as a married couple. Many thanks x”

“the personalised wine glass I ordered was lovely, I was really happy with it. there was a slight problem and this was rectified and sorted straight away with no problem at all. excellent, quick communication and brilliant customer service with fantastic finished products. “I ordered my fantastic personalised glass Friday afternoon and I couldn't believe it when it arrived so quickly on the Tuesday! Absolutely fantastic service!! The glass was for a present and as soon as they opened it, they loved it! Can't thank you enough and can't wait to order my next personalised item from you!”

“Very quick dispatch. My mum loved the vase. Personalise however need to send dispatch emails as the present was going to another address and I didn't know if it had arrived or not. Would recommend them.”

“Unfortunately the engraving on the Vase I purchased was of very poor quality but, I emailed Personalise and they corrected this promptly and very efficiently, sending out another Vase with the engraving as it should have been. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”

Thanks for being so understanding, somehow the vase slipped through our quality control net and made it to you, as soon as we heard we got you a replacement with no need to send it back to us so we're glad we made you happy in the end. :)
