“The one negative first. The mark up in price for what was essentially an unbranded 70cl bottle of vodka was a bit much. That said the bespoke label and the excellent value for money gift box made it look a great present. Ordering was easy and delivery was made in quick time. Would use the company again”

We're glad you ultimately liked the gift, our mark ups don't just include the alcohol (which we have to pay a duty on) but also to pay our staff, offices, advertising & marketing, web hosting, graphic design etc and these all soon quickly add up. We also need to turn a small profit in order to survive. We hope this explains a bit more.

“I didn't see the items I sent as the recipients and I live in different countries! However, I have been told that the children loved the mugs and had to use them straight away, and the ornaments went on the tree. So I think there was satisfaction all round. Thank you”

“Ordered a personalized cup for our friend's birthday 21st. The last time I ordered something it arrived within 48 hours, so I expected the same this time. But it took 4-5 days to arrive so we had to give her her present late, I was quite crossed about that. Despite that the product was really nice and beautiful. I would have been fully satisfied if personalize gives more notice of how long "production and processing" time takes apart from the 48 hour delivery.”

Hi, we're sorry you didn't realise the personalisation time however as the personalisation time depends on the product, some items take 24 hours to produce while others like ceramics take 3-5 working days. These lead times are stated on the product page, the cart and the checkout as well as being advised in the email confirmation. We hope they enjoyed the item and apologise if you didn't see the personalisation information across our website.

“Bought this for my parents special wedding anniversary after not knowing what to buy! It arrived in time despite ordering very late on and is fantastic qualify, nice and heavy feel, the engraving is beautiful and my parents loved it! It will be a feature of the household for a very long time and great for entertaining at parties! Definitely will be buying more from here!”

“Very happy with the products when they eventually arrived however the next day free delivery that was advertised was 5 days late. Despite this I would happily make other purchases if I had enough time to wait on delivery”
