“Great choice of products at reasonable prices. Purchased a personalised glass keepsake to celebrate my step daughters graduation. She loved it. Quick dispatch after ordering. Only downside there was no email to say it had been dispatched.”

“I ordered the photo album and wedding planner which arrived personalised within 5 days of ordering, even though i orderrd on a sunday. Products were beautiful and just what my daughter needs as she plans her wedding and future. Very happy”

“I can't review the product yet as it's a gift and delivered to my parents. However I found the updates from ordering to delivery poor. No idea it had been shipped and it simply got delivered. Ideally I would have liked a shipping email so I knew to expect it so I could have told my parents to wait in.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the communication and service I have received. I ordered a personalised memory box more than a week ago and have not had any confirmation or information regarding my order. The money was taken from my account immediately despite having no confirmation. I have tried to contact the customer services team several times and have received nothing back other than to check my junk/spam. This was a very personal gift for a child in my school who has recently lost a parent. I am very upset with the experience I have had and will not be using this website again. I have still not received the item or had any communication regarding my order (I don’t even know if it has been confirmed!) What a shame when I can see that others have had a completely different experience. Now, I will have to do a home visit without this gift. I will expect a follow up to this review and the several emails I have sent. As a paying customer, I would have expected at least a confirmation email or some information as to whether or not my order is out for delivery. If I had known I would have this awful experience, I would have used a more trusted website.”
