“I still have not received my confirmation email of order. I don't know when or if I will receive the order. I've contacted them via their website to which the response said someone will be in touch in 48 hours. Again, this doesn't tell me if or when I will receive my order. I've asked for someone to call me. I've received no call. I'm so disappointed and disheartened by the service received. I hope they can rectify this and I would be happy to re review them!”

“Well, frankly speaking, I was quite happy until I placed the point of placing the order. After that, I have no clue what happened to my order now. Inquired them, no reply as well. It was gift. Very DISSAPOINTED.”

“The online ordering was simple and easy to follow. In fact my 12yr old daughter was ordering it for her sisters 18th birthday and she was pleased that she could order it by herself. With me paying of coarse! It has arrived faster than I thought and is better than I expected the product to be. Overall good value for money and a speedy efficient service. Would definitely use again!”
