“The beautiful tall glass vase, with personal engraving, that I ordered from Australia for my sister in the UK, was an inspired choice. She absolutely loved it and, having considered a smaller, less-shapely vase on another site, I was so pleased to have found this on your website - and for the same price! It was promptly and safely delivered - my only reason for deducting 1 star was that the email confirmation of my order never arrived, nor was there any confirmation of delivery which left me a little anxious. However, I did email the enquiry address and received prompt confirmation that the order had been received so that was reassuring. Will definitely use you guys again!”

“Very good site for special occasions it has some really lovely things on there for all occasions, and the smash chocolate cups a great idea, I will definitely be ordering from there again, only thing I would say is it doesn’t send an email saying when your item will be delivered I ordered three days ago and havnt heard since when it will be coming or that it is on its way.”

“I did not receive any emails from Personalise to say that they had received my order or that it was being dealt with or that it was being despatched. I had no idea if it was being processed or not. I had to contact them to find out. I did receive a reply promptly to my question. No idea about delivery. Was not told.”

“Very disappointed that the clock I ordered for my sons 25th wedding anniversary has not arrived. The date for the anniversary is 13th May which is the date I wanted on the clock. I would have thought that would have made sure this was delivered on time. I doubt I would order from your company again. Can’t answer your questions as the item has not arrived as yet.”
