“Service and products fine. Shipping charges high, £10.80 for 2 mastics next day with DPD, up to 2kg is £7odd on their website.”

Hi Paul. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately as most of our products are classified as chemicals it means that delivery is more costly. This is something we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. The Permagard team

“Easy to navigate online and found what I required, also easy payment, delivery very quick. My only issue was delivery charges found them quite expensive especially as I am not a trader”

“Can't really comment as I don't know if the products work yet. What I can say is the delivery time is great. The only concern I have is this membrane needs more plugs if the brickwork is uneven.”

“Product is good. Dries to a glass-like finish and hopefully solves our slight problem with damp. Excellent instructions for mixing and I made a couple of wooden spreaders. Loses one star because this resin goes off insanely quick. Beware unused resin left in the bag - strong exothermic reaction and gets very hot.”

“The product itself (5l liquid dpm paint) has worked to an extent but not solved the problem. Very easy to apply but, I found that it wasn't adhering very well to the concrete floor. It was bought to seal it as the previous dpm had either failed or not been applied. It has worked in places but not everywhere as I'm still getting damp patches here and there.. The service and advice from them was second to none. Delivery was rapid and they were really helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.”
