Service is excellent, ordering is straightforward, I used the on line system. As promised it was dispatched same day and delivered next day, (I noted it is not promised next day) my order was less than 24hrs from order to delivery. The product is very good quality and straightforward to fit. The membrane is more ridged than I expected so easy to hold against the wall. The fixings are very good. I would use again and happy to recommend. Here is my gripe! I missed an item (the small adapter from the drain to pipe) from my order. I placed a second order for this small lightweight item and the delivery cost was the same sum I paid for the original order - basically doubled the price of the item. No option available to have a later delivery at a lower cost. My mistake and I paid for it!!
