“I bought the Permaguard Condensation Control vent and so far so good, it seems to have helped with my condensation problem. I haven't had the grills fitted yet, the only negative is that the delivery/P&P is very expensive at £10 (although the delivery was very fast). I wish they offered a cheaper delivery option. I wouldn't mind waiting a few days.”

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately as most of our products are classified as chemicals it means we have to use a courier that's a little more costly. This is something we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. The Permagard team

“Click and collect purchase of epoxy damp course was simple and material was perfect for what was needed.”

“Although shipping isn’t cheap it was surprisingly fast which was good. I’ve washed the black mould in our wall with the permaprotect mould wash as per instructions. All I can say is so far so good. It was removed very easily and so far hasn’t showed any signs of reappearing after 4 days.”

“I have brought the Microshield ultra product after using there products some years ago, previously I had found the product to do what it states - repels water.., protecting the wall I have brought the microshield for a single skin garage on my property, I've not had the opportunity to apply this product at present due to the so called micro climate in Shaftesbury,Dorset - hence 4*”

“The original order was delivered in a broken bucket. An email to sales meant that a new delivery arrived 2 days later and the original delivery charge was refunded. I was very impressed by the customer service element of the transaction”

“Great product but why is the kit cheaper with 10 tubes in , cheaper than buying 10 separate tubes dosent make sense unless I’ve got it wrong”

“Information on how to use product is severely lacking, it doesn’t explain how to use product at what depth do you drill the hole or how to deal with a linked cavity wall etc, The injection kit (pump up sprayer) doesn’t hold pressure so is in the bin before using it so simple job turned into a nightmare before I have even started. Not impressed.”

“Using the website was easy and items were explained clearly with a lot of information available. Order came very quickly although I had no dispatch warning of what day it was arriving or options to change or select a safe place. Thankfully I happened to be home as it was a big parcel. Also, emailed a query nearly a week ago and have had no response. Cannot review actual items yet as not used.”
