“Permagard products excellent , only gripe if you buy more than one product you seem to be charged full postage on every item”

“Good kit , easy to work with , only 1 critism is that the fixings are ok but a bit flimsy ( broke about 20 with no great force ) other than that would definitely buy again .”

“The delivery experience was good and swift. I would have liked more information on using the product (epoxy). I was only able to find a single YouTube video on how to apply the product. More after sales care would be useful.”

“Used Permagard products for the outside stone work on my property and what a difference this made protecting my stone from rain wind and frost. I am now trying thier slurry for the walls ceiling and floor in my vaulted basement. Spoke to one of thier technical guys about the products and the best way to apply them. Very helpfull and supportive over the phone and gave me some pointers on the correct way to apply. Great to see customer service is still at the front of some companies minds. Keep up the good work to all the team at Permagard. Let you know how the slurry works for me.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately as most of our products are classified as chemicals it means that delivery is more costly. This is something we're currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. The Permagard team

“Ordering was easy and the product was delivered within two days. There were clear instructions for use on the website and the label of the product. Installation of the damp course cream was easy if you purchase the extender tube. Just waiting for it to cure and see if it actually stops the damp from rising.”

“Purchased the crack stitching kit, was very easy to use and came with instructions so any DIYer could do this themselves. Customer service was top-notch, I experienced issues with the delivery but this was down to the carrier. A quick call to the Permagard team resulted in a back plan being established if my original order didn't make it on time. Special thanks to Bronwen.”

“I didn't give it five stars as there was so much of that polystyrene packaging, and I never know how to dispose of it, can I recycle or is it just waste. Other than that really good service. I haven't used it yet.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The loose fill is biodegradable and the air pockets are recycleable. We will look to include a note in our boxes on how to recycle each component of the packaging.
