“Great item but took a bit of time removing grill from grill housing to fit mounting screws without damaging the plastic. Small indents in housing to place flat end screwdriver and lever out grill would have been appreciated, otherwise great item.”

“All products in stock and delivered very promptly and well packaged. The only negative is the shipping cost which is rather high if it is a small order (£9+VAT for a box around half the size of a shoe box).”

Hi Duncan - thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, as most of our products are classified as chemicals, it means that delivery is more costly. This is something we’re currently working with our delivery company to try and reduce. Thanks - the Permagard team

“The product I ordered was quickly and safely delivered. I can't give 5 stars, as I would have appreciated delivery updates, or a chance to redirect my delivery to a pick-up location. Fortunately, I was just returning home as the delivery man was at my door.”
