“Happy with the products not happy with the delivery, especially after the second time of adding a delivery note stating not to leave outside my front door!!and to leave over side gate, but yet again was left outside my front door where could’ve been stolen”

We can confirm those instructions were passed on with the order, but unfortunately the courier driver did not follow them on this occasion, which is not the level of service we expect on your behalf.
