“We have used Permagard before with very good results and have bought this new 5 litres to prepare a couple of walls at an 18th century house ready for sale where work has taken place to inhibit damp penetration and now to prevent any damp showing through as the building dries. It is the best solution I have found. I recommend it all the time.”

“Ordering was strightforward. Delivery was very prompt and the grout was very easy to apply using the equipment bought with an earlier purchase. The grout works really well. I used it over ten years ago on a garden retaining wall and still no cracks. Great stuff.”

“One star removed as it took DAYS to be able to order - website shop kept crashing, could not get thorugh onthe phone at all, but just before I gave up the online shop worked. Then delivery was fast, impressed with the recyclable / biodegradeable packaging.”

“Prompt delivery, everything recyclable, Easy to use. I bought a pressure bottle to spray product on. Quite expensive but I thought it would be worth it's money. Sadly it was useless. Only lasted about 20 minutes before it just wouldn't spray at all. Checked all outlets. Clean. Still no use at all. Wouldn't recommend that item. Sorry. Having said all that the product was excellent”

“I have never used permaguard before. It was very easy to use. It has only been 7 days but appears to be working, doing what it says on the tin so to speak. Started having small damp spots above the skirting board after having a 4 metre by fold set of doors fitted 2 years ago in an area of about 4ft . Removed the first 3 inches of plasterboard. Found the mortar course closest to the solid floor. Drilled as advised and injected then plugged. 7 days later it has gone from damp to touch to dry to touch. Going to give it another week before fitting the skirting board and making good but it appears to have worked.”

“We’ve an old sandstone that has been a headache since we bought it over 3years ago. We’ve several issues with water ingress that we’re tackling bit by bit, the help of products like permaseal facade cream make the job easier and with better results.”

“The three star review is not a reflection on the product but on the courier. Hopefully this encourages yourselves to use an alternative delivery service. The product is fine as the tradesman uses it regularly. However I’d strongly recommend using a different courier service. DPD has been unbelievable and they have failed to deliver the parcel every day this week. From not waiting for someone to answer the door, making out they visited when our tradesman watched them drive past to even having to chase them down and get them to hand us our own parcel that we were within touching distance of and still not being allowed to have it, they’ve now just left it in their depot which is 50 miles from the job. No point of call to talk to someone to arrange. Just apps and AI. We’ve now had a trade on site charging £300 a day unable to carry out work because DPD just seem to want to hold the parcel hostage. I appreciate none of this is a reflection on your product. Just a helpful bit of advice to get a different courier service. We still don’t have the product in hand and have now cancelled the trade until we get it as we don’t trust what the courier tell us anymore.”
