“I have bought this product before. I have very porous bricks and had some problems with water seeping through. Was getting water puddles under my window as it was getting into the cavity. I put one good coat on and it stopped the water even though my pointing is not the best. Happy to recommend as it is a very good and easy to use as it goes on whiteboard you can see what you have done. Dennis”

“We are about to paint our hall & stairway and found that there was a large damp patches around a window on the stairway, which due to the recent heavy & long term rain we have had early this year (2026) it must of soaked through via very pourous brickwork. So out came the laptop for some research and came across Permagard site, after reading several reviews, we bought PermaSEAL Facade Cream 5L, to do my 1930's outside brickwork. PermaSEAL Cream is very easy to use, but I can't comment on it's waterproofing yet, as I do not know until it rains, but i'm sure it will be OK. The only thing I believe is that the postage is rather extreme £10 a time, and that a much cheaper alternative be given, as I can also purchase a 5L tin of paint from a paint company with cheaper delivery cost. So please Permagard please allow or find cheaper delivery companies.”

“I ordered the Microshield Ultra and there was a problem with the courier delivery, this was sorted immediately by Permagard, Kate to be precise, with a next day delivery. The product is easy to use, and coated well on our chimney. Waiting for some rain to fully test it but extremely happy with the service and product range from this company.”

“Very impressed with delivery although the cardboard boxes accommodating the tubs of filet&tanking just about made it! Product themselves are fine and have been applied. The instructions could have been clearer and I resorted to internet to download easier scripted info. It’s not as if I’m technical challenged as I’m a CEng of some 49 yrs. don’t over work instructions, in my experience a simple step 1,2, 3 works well.”

“I received someone else's order in error. However it only took one phone call for the wrong parts to be collected and the right ones delivered the next day. Mistakes happen to anyone, but it is the way things are put right which counts. Can't fault the customer service. Well done.”

“Can’t fault the products have been using them for a number of years, would just like a notification of delivery, checked emails, messages, calls. Nothing, not the first time it’s happened, don’t makes it difficult to arrange someone to be in to receive the delivery if I don’t know it’s arriving.”
