“Order from the Paving Superstore after a lot of searching for the perfect porcelain slabs for my garden at the right price. The ordering process was extremely simple and quick. The order was processed at the weekend and as the slabs were in stock they were delivered on the following Friday. Spoke to customer services due to my address being a new build and not being registered yet and they were extremely helpful and polite. Would 100% order again from Paving Superstore.”

“I ordered samples for Stonemarket Paving-Manmade 'Vecta'-Charcoal Grey-BLOCK PAVING and Silver Grey-BLOCK PAVING on 26th April but these never turned up till date. So dropped the idea of placing order with them.”

“My first order arrived and the sandstones were not as advertised on the site (absence of colour and variation due to the suppliers selection) but after a simple exchange with customer support they arranged for them to be returned at no cost to myself. I then ordered a different type of stone that was perfect and very reflective of the advertised images, some of these were broken as is usually the case but once again a simple call to customer support and they were happy to exchange or refund the slabs. Very happy with our purchase.”

“Poor communication. Slabs arrived damaged. Was promised replacements but they never sent any. Would not recommend or use again. The company respjnd very quickly to bad reviews but do not seem to actually solve issues for customers.”

I am sorry you feel you have not had a good experience with us. Unfortunately as we are still living with the effects of a Global Pandemic it is sometimes very difficult to get the correct information on stock. For example we had some stock due in this week, however the container ship has bypassed the UK due to docking space.

“To be honest I panicked after ordering and then reading the reviews! I absolutely could not fault them. Twice, IÕve had wonderful telephone service from Sheree. Nothing was too much trouble; from calculating how much stone we needed and what packs to split to allow for our garden step sizes to be fulfilled, to resending confirmation email within seconds of requesting it after changing our minds and finally ordering something completely different than she had quoted for originally! Outstanding customer service Sheree, thank you. Delivery within 5 working days. Palettline emailed and texted to arrange delivery. Delivery was perfectly on time with a driver who went to great lengths to ensure that our paving was safely stored within our front garden rather than curb side. Marvellous; highly recommended!”
