“Raven natural paving sandstone kandla grey 18mm caliberated mix pack 21sqm coverage ordered may 2021. For garden patio area and walk way to outhouse. Delivery by palletway, paid £55 extra for Saturday delivery. Arrived on saturday, no slabs broken. Very good quality and looks amazing in my garden. Happy with purchase.”

“Ordered my porcelain slabs on Sunday afternoon. Dispatched Monday to palletways with tracking provided. Slight delay with delivery ie they was due to be delivered yesterday but someone from palletways rang me to say they wasnÕt going to be delivered so re booked delivery for today. Driver was a delight and more than that my paving slabs were well packed and are beautiful. From what I can tell there are no breakages. I would 100% use paving superstore again”

“As a building company I have to say this is the worst company we have dealt with for materials. Weeks of chasing regards terrible quality materials. We had a small patio area which ended up in 4 shades, 3 of which are not even in the brochure. They will deny any responsibility. If you look carefully you will find lots of very bad reviews about this company. We are putting in the hands or our legal team”

It is a shame you decided to lay the slabs you were unhappy with before contacting us as this unfortunately took away any opportunity we may have had to resolve any perceived issues.

“I have now used this company a number of times and the goods have turned up on time and very quickly. A good price as well. On the one occasion there was an issue with supply they made a real effort to sort the problem out very quickly with phone calls and e-mails flying around. Although the long phone queue was a bit frustrating, when I did talk to someone they were very helpful. A good company to deal with. JR”

“Just received our patio slabs and they look beautiful, IÕve only given 4/5 because of the delivery, we waited in on Friday and it didnÕt arrive, the depot said it had forgotten to book it in. then today when the van arrived there was no way to get the pallet off the van. Fortunately my husband had a crow bar to break the pallet so we could remove the slabs one by one. The delivery man was nice but not sure what his plan would have been if we were unable to help.”

“Easy to use website, well organised. Good value products. Easiest if you want a full pack as otherwise you have to telephone to request a split pack. Kept fully informed by email all the way through. Slight hiccup at the delivery hub as they overlooked my delivery and I had to ring to sort it out. Actual delivery was ok in the end. The van arrived within the time slot. Theoretically had 20 minutes to unload the pallet and check everything but quickly realised it would take a lot longer than that. However the stone slabs were very well packaged in a wooden frame so I decided the risk was low and let the driver go. When I later unpacked the pallet there were no damaged slabs at all out of 192. Very happy with the condition of the product.”

“This is my second order with the paving superstore. we purchased porcelain patio tiles which were so good and with the glass balustrading helped to sell our house. so now we are building the same patio on our new home. the ordering was easy and delivery very prompt and well packaged with no damages would highly recommend.”

“Great company to order from. Easy to use website, fast delivery and great products at great prices. Lots of negative comments about these, don't listen to them. They seem to be blaming the company for the delivery driver issues. This is out of their control. Plus, the driver is not paid to put them round the back, they and the courier are paid to deliver them to your kerbside, period. Try talking to the drivers nicely and they make help you, but donÕt expect it. I gave our delivery driver a tenner, and he put them exactly where i wanted them. I gave him the tenner, as he would have put them there anyway, as i did not expect it and asked him and spoke to him like a person doing a hard job.”
