“Buying from ' Buy a plan' was quick and easy and provided me the the exact plans needed for a successful planning application. I compared other companies prior to my purchase but found ' Buy a plan' offered clearest plans and the quickest process and download. I will definately use this service again in the future.”

“Site was easy to access and operate. However my local authority criticised the plan (and originally told me that it was unacceptable) as the red line outlined the property and not just the site. I think they only accepted it because it was from an approved provider.”

Hello, thanks for the feedback. In terms of the redlining, it's up to you the customer to correctly outline the property. We provide the drawing tools to do so but we don't know the boundary of your property, only you do. Hope this helps.

“Quick and very easy to use. Not sure about the accuracy - my neighbor's extension didn't show - but perhaps that's because they didn't have planning permission? It was good for our purpose however.”

“Quite pricey !! Doesn't allow to see the final plan before ordering, so you have to pay again to correct it, get a new plan.”

“To obtain a plan very quickly is really useful and at a competitive price. I might suggest a loyalty plan where after purchasing so many plans you may be offered one free or at a reduced price. I say this because looking at my last years accounts I spent around £600.00 on block plans.”
