“The plan was very small with no road names. It was not accepted by the planning department. I won't be using this site again.”

Thanks for the feedback. The plans using Ordnance Survey mapping and depending on the area selected, may not always show a road name, particularly if the area is small or in rural areas. We do however always show a grid reference bottom left. Additionally there is no requirement by planning departments to show road names given they can locate it using the grid reference, Please go back to them and explain.
