“When you made alterations and you went back to change found unable to do so”

“Plan area was very good and quality on screen also, However when printed it was very light (although could have been printer).I had to quickly go over the lines with a pen to achieve the contrast in lines that I required.”

Thanks for the response. In common with all products purchased online, you cannot change them after order. However you can order again and correct your mistake. I hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that. A scale is shown on the plan and you have the opportunity to red line the property online so perhaps you missed these?

“The local authority required both the existing and proposed roof plan showing on the block plan. The only function you provide is to put a red line around the border, resulting in me having to draw in the roof manually”

“Generally I am happy with the service; the issue I have is when I need to check an area I often have to get a client's input. I found out recently that I used up a number of my "checks" meaning I would have to pay next time. It was re-set but it concerns me that you want to charge me for checking an area. If this were to occur I would have to take my business elsewhere.”
