“Ordered a wiper arm over a weak ago all paid apparently got sent out last Tues would take 2-3 working days to get here still no wiper arm phoned him on Fri and he told me he would send one out recorded delivery so should get it tues still no wiper arm and when it arrived it was the wrong one just looks like they sent me any old wiper arm wasn't even for zafira”

“Absolutely discussed by the way partsgateaway is behaving . After over 20 days they have not delivered the item and I complained a week ago . In response they asked me to wait until they checked with carrier not telling which carrier they used no tracking number and I have not revived my item It looks like they have not posted any thing otherwise they would send me a posting date”

“Good communication to ensure the correct part was shipped. Disappointed that they took 3 days before shipping the part so it took 5 days in total to arrive. When it did arrive the inner drive shaft boot was split. I replaced this as I had a spare but it took more time. So a mixed experience.”
