“Part arrived 1 week after purchase but it arrived in good condition and was correct fitting. There was no fixings included so I had to source additional but was no bother. All in all I am happy with the product.”

“The item arrived promptly, but the packaging was soggy cardboard and the electrical item within was wet. There was no delivery note or paperwork of any kind included in the package. When I checked the email correspondance to see how to get in touch with the seller, I noticed a disclaimer saying that returns are not possible once the buyer has signed for the package, and recommending that people ask the delivery driver to wait while they open the package and examine the contents. I can just imagine the driver's reaction if I had tried that! Luckily the item, once dried out, did work and there was no need to fight over returning it. I did email with another query and had no reply, I managed to work it out for myself but was not impressed at the lack of response. Personally I would not order from these people again, they were the cheapest but I would rather pay a little more for some actual customer service.”

“I had to obtain a part for a 2004 Ford Fiesta recently. Parts Gateway made this extremely easy. No more ringing around breakers yards for hours on end. Excellent service.”

“The wrong par was sent but on contacting 4X4 I was immediately given a refund so I am not out of pocket. Unfortunately they did not have the correct part available so purchased elsewhere for less money.”

“Finding parts very helpfull.disappointing isthat most of suppliers charging higher prices compareing to brand new replacement parts.also charging vat on scrap cars parts plus delivery charges.i dont know is they have right to charges like this.scrap cars have no vat.these things are addressable.should be no vat price must be cheap n reasonable.”

“Great website. I was struggling to find a decent condition MK5 golf GTI tailgate locally to replace the one my wife severely dented beyond repair! Had low expectations. Exceeded easily. Got about 6 quotes initially and some with pics. Ordered cheapest one from Nirro as a gamble and extremely impressed with their service too. Came in expected/described condition and was very well packaged. Would definitely use both again! Hopefully I will not have much need to though as she doesn't get to drive my car anymore lol”
