“Damaged wing received. No chance of a refund as I signed for this without checking first. Pretty impossible when it took me 20 minutes to unwrap, the courier wouldn’t wait so I am now stuck with a damaged unusable wing. Not impressed.”

“The item was as expected. The one thing that could be improved is the shipping window. I ordered on a Thursday and expected it the next business day according to the confirmation, however it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. I think you just need to be more realistic.”

“The incorrect part arrived a week after placing the order. Despite providing the registration for the vehicle, the part was for a different model of the same car. It was larger than the other door mirror and the wiring bus was incompatible for the car it is intended for. We have adapted it to allow short-term usage until the correct item can be sourced.”
