“I needed a Citreon C3 Picasso DRIVERS door mechanism. The supplier sent the wrong part but WAS listed as D/S/F door mechanism. I tried to contact supplier to return part and obtain correct part, still have not got correct part. Nor had instructions to return parts. I sent several Emails to supplier and to Parts Gateway Ltd but had no Reply. This is why I always pay by PayPal at least they are able to sort for us. So I'm afraid I'm not impressed with this set up at all.”
