“Ordered a bmw rear bumper Service was great, all my questions answered with a quick response, delivery came on time, price was competitive. The bumper was very dirty and covered with mud, I had to fill a bucket to remove it which is crazy. Condition was reflecting the price I guess but I directly asked the seller two questions, if there is any damage such as dents or deep scratches which can not be removed through a respray and also asked are all the clips intact, the seller responded no panel damage except light scratches and all clips are fine. Most clips were broken and there is a significant dent in the bumper, I'm not too fussy I will get the bumper on but if I knew this before buying I wouldn't have purchased.”
